Our 3 hour private sailing charter takes you onward to an exceptional snorkeling location at Pelican's Rock.  This location is one that only few operators have priviledges to utilize.  Pelican Rock is a favorite to many of our locals that frequently head out to enjoy swimming with the large variety of marine life that is found dwelling within our protected reef systems.  You also have the option of a 4 hour or longer sailing trip to some other excellent snorkeling sites like Bahia Chileno (Chileno Bay) or Bahia Santa Maria (Santa Maria Bay).  Both of these amazing coves are government-protected marine preserves that are home to some amazing coral reefs as well as gorgeous beaches.  Since they are protected from the rougher surf and winds from the sea, both of these coves also have excellent visibility for scuba diving or snorkeling.

Santa Maria Cove has an unbelievable kaleidoscope of exotic fish, including parrot-fish, box puffers, porcupine fish, clown-fish, snappers, jacks and mantas. You may even view a small shark, octopus, or turtle. During the winter months, you could also spy a Gray Whale surfacing. These huge cetaceans travel down from the chilly Alaskan waters every year to breed, spawn and nurse. Be on the lookout for a mother Gray Whale and her newborn calf.
